Grieder’s Pure Horseradish

I grow the Horse Radish in my Garden.  Every spring and fall I dig the root and take it to a Licensed Processing Plant in Virginia, Illinois.

The root is processed and placed in 8 ounce freezer jars.  I sell the jar of frozen  prepared Horse Radish for $5.00 each.

Simply leave in the refrigerator to thaw and serve on your favorite sandwich or stir in to mayonnaise or ketchup for your own shrimp sauce, or horsey sauce.
