Shipping Policy
Items rented can be picked up from our home office. Delivery and pickup is available for an additional fee.
Refund Policy
Unused gift certificates can be returned for a full refund. Enrollment fee (if paid) is nonrefundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Rental reservations that are cancelled before use are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item(s) monthly rent.
