Shipping Policy
We will ship all in stock orders within two business days. We will ship all out of stock and special orders as soon as they are available. You will get a notification once your order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
We allow refunds on orders only if the item has not yet been shipped, picked up, or delivered. You must contact us immediately to cancel your order.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return it to us (at your expense) and we will refund you the order amount, less the original shipping. If you choose to cancel your order it most be done before the order ships. If you would like to exchange a product you have purchased please contact me and I will work with you and this will be done on a case by case basis.
