Harmony

Harmony is a blend of our two French American hybrid white grapes.  The citrus fruit characteristics of these grapes compliment each other.  This wine has buttery notes, due to a malolactic fermentation.  Oak aging gives it subtle vanilla and clove aroma and flavor.  The result is a harmonious balance of fruit, fermentation and aging components.  Serve chilled.
